Pave the Way ABA is a small business owned by 3 BCBA's who are passionate about providing trauma-informed care and socially significant services. Our mission is to empower those we serve by increasing independence, enhancing quality of life and fostering meaningful connections within our community.
Pave the Way ABA provides ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder aged 2 to 18 years old. Additionally, we want to share our love of ABA with anyone who is interested, whether this is consultation for teachers/schools, parent training, trainees pursing their BCBA and much more. If you are interested in our services, reach out! We would love to talk with you.
Pave the Way ABA offers a range of services, including individualized instruction, behavior support, and parent training. We focus on developing socially significant and meaningful services that best support the individual's needs.
YES- We are in network with: Geisinger, Highmark, Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, Magellan and Medicaid (CCBH)! We also offer private pay services on a sliding scale if your insurance is not in network with us.
There are a few forms that you will need to complete prior to starting services. This includes our Demographic Form, a Copy of your child's Diagnostic Report (Including the Autism Diagnosis) and a Written Order completed by their PCP. We are more than happy to support in obtaining these items.
Once we receive authorization from your insurance company, we can start services. This will start with an assessment, including direct observations across a minimum of 2 settings as well as indirect assessments. A treatment plan will be developed based on the assessment and reviewed with you. When all parties agree on the treatment plan, we will submit for authorization of ongoing services.
This is based on your child's need! During the assessment, we will determine our recommendation based on skill level, age and family availability. The BCBA will discuss recommendations with family and continue to monitor/assess needed hours to best support your child's development.
