Three strangers turned office roommates, turned friends, turned business partners. After navigating the ABA world as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), we realize that our viewpoints, methods and priorities don't always align with other practitioners. This is why we decided to team up so that we can provide the services that are best for you, your child, your students or anyone else that this may be beneficial to.
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) with experience working in a clinic-based setting, educational setting and home and community. I have worked with individuals aged 2 up to adulthood.
With a steadfast commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum, my experience has honed my clinical skills in delivering transformative care, clinical supervision and crisis intervention. My dedication to evidence-based interventions and behavior management not only supports child development but also empowers families. I am passionate about collaborating with other professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach.

I spent 5 years as Special Education Teacher, which is were I found a passion for helping to improve others' lives for the better. I became an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) while I accrued my fieldwork hours to obtain my BCBA. I have worked in a clinic-based and educational setting, with individuals 2 years old to school age.
As a newer BCBA, I find that I'm still establishing my philosophy in my practice. My priority is leading with kindness, compassion and a viewpoint of "we're all human here".
