About Pave the Way ABA

Our mission

Pave the Way ABA provides top quality applied behavior analysis services to individuals with behavioral health needs.  We are dedicated to promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and fostering meaningful connections within the community.  Our team of highly trained professionals are committed to utilizing evidence-based practices to support individuals in reaching their full potential.  At our core, we believe in the power of compassion, collaboration and individualized care to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Our Approach

As BCBA's we want to make sure we are adding to our client's life in a way that is meaningful, fun and socially significant.  Our focus is to meet client's where they're at and adapt the science of ABA to support their individualized needs.

Our beliefs

We believe in leading with kindness and compassion.  We believe that "we're all human here".  Not everyone has a perfect day.  We all make errors--and If we have room for error, our children should too.  Let them be human.  Let them feel safe, seen and supported.

Our team

Three strangers turned office roommates, turned friends, turned business partners.  After navigating the ABA world as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), we want to share our experience, viewpoints, methods and priorities to further support growth within the field.  This is why we decided to team up so that we can provide the services that are best for you, your child, your students or anyone else that this may be beneficial to.

About Pave the Way ABA

Meet Marcey

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) with experience across clinic-based, educational, home, and community settings. I have supported individuals ranging from age 2 through adulthood, tailoring care to meet each person’s unique needs.

With a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum, I bring experience in clinical care, supervision, and crisis intervention. I am dedicated to using evidence-based practices to support meaningful skill development while empowering families along the way. I value collaboration with other professionals to ensure a thoughtful, multidisciplinary approach that promotes the best possible outcomes.

Meet Maggie

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) with a background in education and applied behavior analysis. I spent five years as a Special Education Teacher, where I discovered my passion for helping others improve their quality of life. During that time, I became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) while completing my fieldwork hours toward my BCBA. I have experience working in both clinic-based and educational settings with children ages 2 through school age.

As a newer BCBA, I am continuing to shape my clinical philosophy, grounded in kindness, compassion, and the belief that “we’re all human here.” I strive to create supportive, meaningful experiences for the individuals and families I serve, meeting them where they are and fostering growth in a way that feels both respectful and attainable.

Meet Gabrielle

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) with a diverse background in behavioral health. I began my career as a counselor working with individuals diagnosed with MICA (Mentally Ill Chemically Addicted) in the Bronx, and later supported adults with autism after returning to Pennsylvania. I earned my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and completed fieldwork with both children and adults, building experience across clinic, home, school, and community settings with individuals ages 2 through adulthood.

I am a firm believer that ABA can—and should—be fun. My goal as a BCBA is to create meaningful, engaging, and socially significant experiences that truly enhance each client’s quality of life. I prioritize meeting clients where they are and thoughtfully adapting the science of ABA to support their unique strengths and needs.

Behavior Health Services

Meet the Team

At Pave the Way, our behavioral health services are designed to provide families with clear answers, meaningful support, and a path forward. We offer comprehensive evaluations for a range of developmental and learning needs, alongside individualized Level of Care assessments to ensure each child is matched with the right intensity of services. Our team takes a thoughtful, whole-child approach—considering emotional, behavioral, social, and academic factors to guide personalized recommendations. We also provide dedicated parent support, empowering families with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to support their child’s growth every step of the way.

Meet Dr. Courtney Foster

I am a Licensed Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist with specialized expertise in comprehensive evaluation, crisis support, and the treatment of children and adolescents with a wide range of mental health concerns. My work focuses on providing thorough, evidence-based assessments and delivering thoughtful, individualized care that supports each child’s unique strengths and needs.

I am committed to helping families gain clarity, stability, and practical strategies during challenging times. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I strive to create a supportive environment where children and adolescents feel understood, and families feel empowered to move forward with confidence.

Meet Julie Spencer

I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting children and their families. With experience both at the county level and in an outpatient setting, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate services for a child with a mental health diagnosis, intellectual disability, or developmental disorder.

I work closely with parents of newly diagnosed children with autism, offering education and training that builds practical skills, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their child’s needs. I also provide individual therapy creating a supportive space to process challenges, strengthen relationships, and promote growth.

In addition, I help families make sense of the behavioral health system—guiding them toward the services that best fit their needs and walking alongside them every step of the way.

My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping families feel supported and empowered.
