Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapeutic approach that focuses on increasing socially significant skills through evidence based practices. This means that we use practices based in research to help support development of skills that are important to you, your child and your family. ABA focuses on improving communication, social and adaptive skills that can help decrease interfering or challenging behaviors. At Pave The Way ABA our focus is using the science of ABA and applying it in a way that is meaningful, individualized and enhancing the quality of our client's lives.

We believe that you know your child best and we know ABA-- so let's collaborate. Parent Collaboration provides an opportunity for us to teach concepts of ABA so that you feel comfortable applying strategies in the home. As you learn more about ABA, you can support your child's continued progress and foster independence. This is also a great opportunity for parents who want to learn tips and tricks to arrange their environment and help support their child through evidence based practices.

Our consultation services are tailored to your needs and provide an opportunity for you to discuss specific concerns related to behavioral needs in any environment. We can meet in person or remote to discuss your specific concerns and identify practical applications that will best support you. This service is perfect for someone who has a specific concern of interest including, but not limited to selective eating, toilet training, following routines, classroom needs.

We are dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive assessments for children with a wide range of developmental and learning profiles. Our team specializes in evaluating concerns related to ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD), and giftedness. Through a thoughtful, individualized approach, we aim to understand each child’s unique strengths and challenges, offering clear answers and practical recommendations to support their growth, success, and well-being at home and in school.

If your child receives an autism diagnosis, we offer individualized parent support and education sessions to help you navigate this new chapter with confidence and clarity. These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding of your child’s diagnosis, explore how autism may present in daily life, and provide practical strategies for managing common challenges. We also support families through the emotional adjustment that can come with a new diagnosis, offering a space to ask questions, process concerns, and build a plan for moving forward. Our goal is to empower you with knowledge, tools, and reassurance so you can best support your child’s growth and well-being.

We provide comprehensive Level of Care assessments to thoughtfully determine the intensity and type of mental health services a child or adolescent needs. Our evaluations consider emotional, behavioral, social, academic, and family factors to create a clear picture of each child’s current functioning and areas of need. By identifying the most appropriate level of support—whether outpatient therapy, intensive in-home services, or higher levels of care—we help families access the right services at the right time. Our goal is to guide children and families toward effective, individualized treatment that promotes stability, growth, and long-term success.
