Board Certified behavior Analyst

BCBA's at PTW ABA provide behavior consultation and analytic services to clients across the home/school/community settings. They also provide supervision to BHT/RBT's following BACB and IBHS regulations.

Criteria for a BCBA at PTW ABA:

BCBA Certification
LBS (PA Behavior Support License)
A mimmum of 1 Year Experience Providing ABA Services

Registered Behavior Technician

RBT's at Pave the Way ABA provide direct ABA services across home/school/community settings. They report directly to their assigned BCBA (or supervising clinicians).

Criteria for RBT's at PTW ABA:

RBT Certification
High School Diploma
Experience working with children in field of ABA

What if I don't have my RBT but i'm interested in the field of ABA?

Reach out! We would be happy to share our love of ABA with you! We will support you in completing the required trainings to obtain your RBT.

As you work towards your RBT, you can work as a Behavior Health Technician with the following criteria:

High School Diploma
Minimum of 1 Year Experience Working with Children
